I am in love with this sassy romper from 3.1 Phillip Lim. I'd wear it all summer long ... don't you love that we're in the middle of winter and I'm already fantasizing about my summer wardrobe?

sunny sunday

Yesterday was gorgeous and sunny here, so we decided to spend most of the day bumming around the Sunset.

We had a delicious lunch on the patio at Java Beach Cafe, then poped into Mollusk Surf Shop and General Store for a little look-see.

Mollusk has some really cool tee shirts and the softest hoodies (Drew has this one, and he wears it constantly). They also carry some sweet books, hip art and all of the surf gear a guy/gal could need.

I picked up a pair of board shorts by Tallow for the summer and this tee shirt.

General Store has the most thoughtfully curated mix of vintage and new. From housewares, to jewelry, electronics and vintage clothing—I love everything. One of my favorite things about this store has to be the garden, complete with greenhouse, where customers are encouraged to bring a coffee and chill for a while ... which is exactly what we did.

like butter

I try to wear as little makeup as possible, because I hate the way it feels (and it's usually chock-full of nasty chemicals), but I LOVE this Lip Butter from Korres. It's rich and, well, buttery and produces the perfect pop of sheer color. It melts on your lips and feels so good—not at all sticky. I have quite a few of the colors, but Wild Rose is my favorite.

I've also started to use their Lip Butter Glaze in raspberry, and I'm equally smitten! Glazes usually feel too sticky, but this one is just as creamy and moisturizing as the Lip Butter with a bit more shine.

I'm not one with a skater board, but I can certainly appreciate these beautiful boards by DL Skateboards. Each board is handmade by partners Lauren Andino and Derek Mabra in their one bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Beautiful, no?
