doyald young, 1926-2011

I am so sad to learn of the passing of Doyald Young, teacher, lettering and logotype designer, and all around design rock star. I was lucky enough to hear Doyald speak to an intimate group of students when I was still in school—he was so kind to us—such an inspiration and all around lovely person.
