I love the smirk that Jean Dujardin always has going on. Definite fox.
Have you seen The Artist? I haven't, but am dying to!

i want ...
White lace, and lots of it!
I love wearing lace embroidery and eyelet. It makes me feel so pretty and feminine ... like Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette ... just wandering through fields of wildflowers in her simple white dresses ... enough of that. But isn't lovely?
Blouse 1 is from Need Supply and Blouses 2 and 3 are from Anthropologie.

i'll trade ya
It's no secret that I love a little Downton Abbey and these cheeky trading cards are the perfect ending to season two!
The cards are designed by Dallas-based comic artist Chad Thomas, who partnered up with Vanity Fair to create the cards.
You can view all of the cards and clever forecasts for season 3 on the Vanity Fair site here.
P.S. If you haven't seen Downton Abbey, Netflix is streaming season one and, for a limited time, you can view season two on PBS.org.

foxy friday
Don't you just love Paul Rudd? I fell in love with him many years ago when he played Alicia Silverstone's step-brother in Clueless ... I'm pretty sure most ladies would say the same!
Have a lovely weekend!

stick it
I love these silver candlesticks designed by David Mellor. Aren't they fabulous? They were commissioned by the British embassies in Warsaw and Mexico City in 1963, and they're just as perfect today as they were then.

foxy friday
I've been watching a lot of Downton Abbey from which I was introduced to the foxy Theo James in season 1. Pity his wasn't a reoccurring role ...

rodarte fall
A few of my favorite looks from the 2012 Rodarte Fall Collection.
The Mulleavy sisters drew their inspiration for this collection by researching the building of Australia from the Victorian era till the late thirties, the Outback and Aboriginal art.
How about those heels?
I love the ladylike tailoring of these pieces and can totally see working them into my daily wardrobe. Isn't that hair clip amazing?
