I love these beautiful hand calligraphed valentines from Neither Snow. I especially love the vintage postage stamps. I came across these posted on Design*Sponge last week, and ever since I've been scouring Ebay and stamp stores in search of some lovely vintage stamps of my own. It is a bummer that you have to pay more than the face value of the stamps ... though I have found that the stamp stores are much more reasonable than the Ebay ones. First, they only charge 2 cents more than the face value and second, you don't have to pay $3 for shipping a block of stamps. So far, I've found some really great ones and can't wait to start piecing them together. Happy hunting!

ski weekend

We just returned to a drizzly San Francisco after an awesome, powdery weekend in Bear Valley. Everything was completely covered in snow and we had such a fun time. I wish we could have stayed all week ...

How great are these old photos? I wish we still hit the slopes in that kind of style!

Finally, Friday is here. The forecast predicts a rain-filled weekend, but I don't mind ... I'm happy to be home. This has been the longest week—ever. Sweet pic, no?
