winter, whaaa?

Here we are in mid-December and I can't believe how quickly 2011 has passed by. Can you? These last few weeks have been a blur, but I'm happy to say that I'm back and looking forward to a cozy winter.

Wouldn't you love to pass the next couple of months inside the home of Hitoshi Uchida (owner of J'Antiques in Tokyo), wrapped up in one of those beautiful blankets in front of the fire? His home, located in Kamakura, Japan, displays such a beautiful balance of the old and new, of nature, playfulness, light and warmth. I love it.
