I'm obsessed with the Patternity site. Patternity is a London-based design studio that specializes in "the discovery and application of pattern within the Fashion, Interior and Luxury fields." Their pattern work is so uplifting. They find patterns everywhere and anywhere and then post their inspirational photos on their blog.

I really love Lauren Moffatt's Spring 2011 collection entitled "The Honeymooner". It's so sweet it ALMOST makes you want to get married and head out on a honeymoon. Almost.

It's such a pity that the Michigan Theater in Detroit, circa 1929, now serves as a parking lot, the difference between its architecture and current use is a sad reminder of the city's industrial boom and heartbreaking decline.
